Executive Director, Head of Advisory | AI71

Klemensas Mecejus

Klemensas Mecejus is the Executive Director at AI71, where he leads the firm’s AI Advisory business and drives the development of industry-specific AI solution suites. With a career that bridges consulting, technology, and applied AI, Klemensas has established himself as a leading voice in harnessing artificial intelligence to transform complex, asset-heavy industries.

A major focus of his work has been in construction and real estate, where he has spearheaded the design and deployment of AI platforms that cover the entire lifecycle of the built environment—from planning and design to construction execution, operations, and asset management. His flagship initiative, SuperHive, is an end-to-end construction intelligence platform that integrates predictive analytics, generative design, and AI-powered compliance tools to unlock significant productivity, safety, and sustainability gains.

Prior to AI71, Klemensas was a Partner at McKinsey & Company’s QuantumBlack, where he advised leading developers, contractors, and real estate investors across Europe and the Middle East. His portfolio of work includes optimizing multibillion-dollar real estate projects, deploying AI for project controls and scheduling, and building advanced data ecosystems for urban development authorities.

Today, Klemensas partners with governments, ministries, and leading enterprises to shape AI adoption in construction and property markets, while also extending his expertise into adjacent sectors such as healthcare, defense, and education. He is passionate about the intersection of data, technology, and the built environment—and about building smarter, more resilient cities for the future.
