Anas Ayoub

Anas Ayoub is the Founder and CEO of XD House, a digital construction solutions firm with offices in London and Dubai. He is an architect by trade, holds a Master’s in Global BIM Management from the University of Barcelona, and has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2014.

With over a decade of experience, Anas has delivered digital solutions for multinational companies on major international projects across Europe, the Americas, Australia, and the Middle East. At XD House, he leads a team focused on streamlining construction workflows using BIM, automation, and digital coordination, with a strong emphasis on sustainable and off-site construction methods such as DfMA and MMC.

Under his leadership, XD House became one of the few BIM firms in the region to achieve the ISO 19650 Kitemark. The company was also selected by the UK Government’s Global Entrepreneur Programme and Product Builder accelerator for its innovation in digital construction.

Anas is a frequent speaker at international conferences, sharing practical insights on BIM implementation, automation, and digital delivery. His mission is to make construction smarter, leaner, and more sustainable—by design.
