Pratik Dalai

Pratik Dalai is a Senior Consultant with a decade of experience in construction project delivery across the Middle East. He specializes in Project Planning, Integrated Project Controls, and Dispute Resolution for complex projects spanning the residential, commercial, transport, automated waste management and infrastructure sectors.

With a background in civil engineering and advanced construction management, Pratik’s experience covers the full project lifecycle, from developing master programs and monitoring progress to managing change and resolving disputes. He has advised on FIDIC and bespoke contracts, as well as on establishing robust progress monitoring systems and contractual correspondence in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environments.

Pratik is particularly interested in the intersection of traditional project controls and emerging technologies and is a strong advocate for the role of artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation in shaping the future of construction.

An active member of the Society of Construction Law (Gulf), Pratik is currently progressing towards chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
